RedMirror Reflection (“Reflection”, “the Software”) is operated by Dodo Network Ltd, a company domiciled in Mauritius (“Dodo Network”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, activating, or using a Reflection license you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Reflection is licensed, not sold. A paid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the Software on your own machines, for the number of seats your license states, including on commercial code and in continuous-integration systems.
The Software runs locally. It reads your source on your machine and calls whatever model you configure; your source code is not transmitted to us as part of running the Software.
Reflection is a yearly subscription, for the number of seats you buy. It runs locally on your machine and works offline — but it is not perpetual. To keep functioning it validates your subscription with our license server about once a week, receiving a short-lived signed lease that lets it run offline until the next check.
While your subscription is active you receive new builds and detectors, and it renews its weekly lease automatically. If your subscription ends — you don’t renew, you take a refund, or it is terminated for breach — the Software stops working once its current lease expires, within about a week. It never deletes or alters your code; it simply will not run without a valid lease.
Fees are stated on our pricing page and are charged in advance for the annual term, by card or PayPal. Applicable taxes may be added. Unless you enable automatic renewal, a license does not renew on its own; you will not lose access if you forget to renew — you keep the version you already paid for.
7-day money-back guarantee. If Reflection is not for you, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the payment to your original method. On a refund your subscription is revoked, and the Software stops working once its current weekly lease expires. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. If a license was never delivered, or was delivered in error, contact us and we will make it right.
Reflection does not include an AI model. You supply the model — a hosted API or a local endpoint — and are responsible for your own model provider, API keys, and any costs and terms that provider imposes. We are not responsible for a third-party model’s output, availability, or charges.
Reflection surfaces candidate findings, each backed by a reproducible counterexample or a bounded proof, to help you review your code. It is not a guarantee that your code is secure, correct, or free of defects. A “proved” result is bounded by the model of the code that was analysed and the budget of the search; absence of a reported finding is not proof of safety. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and for the security and correctness of your software.
You may use Reflection to analyse code you own or are authorised to analyse. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or license files; remove or defeat the license mechanism; or use the Software to build a competing verification product. One seat is one developer; a Team license covers the number of seats purchased.
The Software is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dodo Network Ltd, its directors and affiliates accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software, including any reliance on its output. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Software. Our total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate this agreement if you materially breach it (for example, by redistributing license files or defeating the license mechanism). On termination — for breach, refund, or non-renewal — your subscription is revoked, and the Software stops working once its current weekly lease expires.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time you purchase or renew. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own jurisdiction.
